目的研究五香血藤挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取五香血藤中的挥发油成分,并用GC-MS法分离鉴定,结合计算机检索,应用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的百分含量。结果五香血藤中挥发油产率为1.0%,分离出82个峰,鉴定出58个化合物,占其总挥发油含量的84.96%。结论五香血藤挥发油中的化学成分主要是萜烯类、萜醇类。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of S. Methods The components of volatile oil in Spatholobus suberectus were extracted by steam distillation and separated by GC-MS. The content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method. [Results] The volatile oil yield of S. vulgaris was 1.0%, 82 peaks were separated, and 58 compounds were identified, accounting for 84.96% of their total volatile oil content. Conclusion The chemical constituents of Volatile oil of Sambuca chinensis are mainly terpenes and sterols.
