九设区市实行工资指导线制度去年,省厅开始对各地公布工资增长指导线制度作了改革,适时调整、确定了工资增长指导线,即:以企业职工实际平均工资增长11%为预警线,6.8%-8.5%为合理增长区间;对生产经营困难,经济效益大幅度下降的企业建议其职工平均为零增长或负增长;对困难企业,要千方百计保证在岗职工工资不低于最低工资标准,下岗职工应按国家规定发放基本生活费。各设区市在省厅公布范围内所制定的当地工资增长指导意见可自行发布,有特殊情况的才报省厅平衡后发布。厦门、福州两市作为建立劳动力市场工资指导价位的全国试点城市,在全省较早建立和试行劳动力市场指导价位制度。福州市公布的工种(职位)达200个,厦门市为92个工种(职位)。近期宁德市、莆田市、漳州市也公布了劳动力市场工资指导价位,至此全省九个设区市都公布了工资指导价位。
