目的探讨下颌偏斜畸形手术矫治的方法与疗效。方法选择2例下颌偏斜畸形的患者，分别采用患侧下颌升支倒“L”型截骨后退术及患侧踝状突切除＋双侧下颌升支垂直截骨旋转后退术加以矫正。结果患者术后恢复良好，面容及咬功能均较术前明显改观。结论严重影响面容与嚼呷功能的下颌偏斜畸形，采用手术方法加以矫正，疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of surgical correction of mandibular deviation. Methods Two cases of mandibular deviation deformity were selected and corrected by means of “L” type osteotomy and ipsilateral ankle resection + bilateral mandibular ascending osteotomy and vertical osteotomy revolving. Results The patient recovered well after operation and the face and bite function improved significantly compared with those before operation. Conclusions The malocclusal deformity of the mandible, which has a serious effect on facial appearance and chewing function, was corrected by surgery and the curative effect was significant.
