作为服务社会的公益性机构,儒家文化与我国传统文化之间有着密切联系。图书馆是传统文化继承的重要途径,能够保护我国的非物质文化遗产。反过来,我国的传统文化又能够影响着图书馆文化建设。精神文化建设是图书馆文化建设的核心部分,而建立优质服务的理念,树立正确的价值观才是精神文化建设的本质任务,这与儒家文化中的“仁”是相对应的。儒家文化对管理策略有着重要探讨,加强图书馆文化建设就是管理中的问题。
As a nonprofit organization serving the society, there is a close relationship between Confucianism culture and our traditional culture. Library is an important way to inherit traditional culture and protect our intangible cultural heritage. In turn, our country’s traditional culture can affect the library’s cultural construction. Spiritual cultural construction is the core part of library cultural construction. Establishing the concept of quality service and establishing the correct values are the essential tasks of spiritual cultural construction, which corresponds to Confucianism. Confucianism has an important discussion on management strategies. Strengthening the construction of library culture is a problem in management.
