通过多种测试手段，分析了安徽嘉山凹凸棒粘土的理化性能及内部结构。利用ＮＸＳ—１１型旋转粘度计测试分析了凹凸棒粘土悬浮液的触变性及触变机制，以及它对水基铸型涂料触交行为的影响。实验结果表明，水基涂料中加入少量的凹凸棒粘土能使触变性大大改善．
Through a variety of test methods, the physical and chemical properties and internal structure of attapulgite clay in Jia Shan of Anhui Province were analyzed. The thixotropy and thixotropic mechanism of attapulgite clay suspension were analyzed by using NXS-11 rotary viscometer and its influence on the contact behavior of water-based mold coating. The experimental results show that thixotropy can be greatly improved by adding a small amount of attapulgite to water-based coatings.
