目的 :探讨经尿道膀胱癌电切 (TURBt)术中及术后的常见并发症及产生原因 ,以提高TURBt的治疗效果。方法 :总结应用TURBt治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌 3 2例的临床资料。结果 :3 2例肿瘤均一次切除 ,手术时间 2 5～45min ,平均 3 5min。 1例膀胱穿孔 ,出血 1例。随访 6个月～ 2 5个月 ,平均随访 16个月。复发 4例 ( 12 5 % )。结论 :TURBt术的主要并发症是膀胱穿孔和出血 ,掌握手术操作要点可减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To investigate the common complications and causes of intraoperative and postoperative transurethral resection of bladder cancer (TURBt) in order to improve the therapeutic effect of TURBt. Methods: The clinical data of 32 cases of superficial bladder transitional cell carcinoma treated with TURBt were summarized. Results: Thirty-two cases of tumors were resected one at a time. The operation time was 25-55 minutes with an average of 35 minutes. 1 case of bladder perforation, bleeding in 1 case. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 25 months with a mean follow-up of 16 months. Recurrent in 4 cases (125%). Conclusion: The main complication of TURBt is bladder perforation and hemorrhage. To master the main points of operation can reduce the incidence of complications.
