本文在在分析铁路客运专线动产融资的资产证券化进行可行性的基础上,设计出了一套适合铁路客运专线动产融资应用的资产证券化初步方案,并就公司型SPV和信托型SPV各自的风险进行比较分析。文章指出资产证券化的使用是当前铁路客运专线在以发行债券融资为主条件下的一种重要补充手段。
On the basis of analyzing the feasibility of asset securitization of movable property financing of railway passenger dedicated line, this paper designs a set of preliminary plan of asset securitization for movable asset financing of railway dedicated passenger line, Risk comparative analysis. The article points out that the use of asset securitization is an important supplementary means for the current railway passenger dedicated line under the condition of issuing bond financing.
