提出前置低速循环沸腾床的结构设想 ,并进行了冷模空气动力试验 ,证实此带前置分床的沸腾炉在空气动力上是容易实现的 ;并有理由认为它对于降低沸腾炉的最大热损失——飞灰带走损失是有效的 ;其可能发生的问题按照我国目前的沸腾炉运行水平来说是完全可以解决的 ,因而其热态运行也是可行的。文中还研讨了这肿沸腾炉在结构和空气动力的某些重要细节 ;提供了必要的设计参考依据。
The structural assumption of the front low-temperature circulating fluidized bed is proposed and the cold-mold aerodynamic test is carried out to confirm that this pre-sub-bed fluidized bed boiler is aerodynamically easy to achieve; and it is reasonably believed that it is of great importance for reducing the maximum heat loss - Fly ash loss is effective; its possible problems can be completely solved according to the current operation level of our country’s boiling furnace, so its hot running is also feasible. The article also discusses some important details about the structure and aerodynamics of this ebola furnace and provides the necessary design reference.
