异丁基哌嗪力复霉素(R-76-1)由四川抗菌素工业研究所1976年初步试制成功,1977年后又与四川长征制药厂、无锡制药一厂共同协作深入进行工艺研究和扩大试验,提供科研所需样品。本文报导R-76-1的临床前药理试验,为过渡临床试用提供参考资料。 试验材料 R-76-1系四川抗菌素工业研究所等单位制备、棕红色粉末、(理化性质从略)实验对照品利福平(RfP)亦系该所制备。
Isobutylpiperazine rifamycin (R-76-1) by the Sichuan Institute of antibiotics preliminary trial production in 1976, after 1977 and Sichuan Changzheng Pharmaceutical Factory, Wuxi Pharmaceutical Factory to work together in-depth research and expansion of technology Experiment, provide samples needed for scientific research. This article reports the preclinical pharmacological test of R-76-1 to provide reference materials for transitional clinical trial.
