光电子器件与集成技术具有低功耗、高速率、高可靠、小体积等突出优势,是突破信息网络所面临的速率带宽、能耗体积、智能化与可重构等方面瓶颈的核心关键技术.本文围绕光电子器件与集成技术,综述了近年来光通信及信息处理功能集成芯片技术、超高分辨成像及显示芯片技术和宽禁带光电子器件技术的研究现状、重要进展以及我国已具备的基础和条件,分析并提出了在未来5年主要的研究方向和内容等相关建议.
Optoelectronic devices and integrated technologies have the outstanding advantages of low power consumption, high speed, high reliability and small size, and are the key technologies that break through the bottlenecks of information bandwidth such as rate bandwidth, energy consumption volume, intelligence and reconfiguration. This article focuses on optoelectronic devices and integration technology, reviewed the research status, important progress and the basic and advanced research of integrated optical chip technology, ultra-high resolution imaging and display chip technology and wide band-gap optoelectronic device technology in recent years. Conditions, analysis and put forward the main research directions and content in the next 5 years and other related recommendations.
