采用响应面法(RSM)和注塑成型有限元模拟分析技术相结合的方法,解决鼠标面盖翘曲变形控制注塑成型工艺优化问题。以熔体温度、模具温度、注塑时间、保压压力为注塑工艺参数试验变量,翘曲变形值为响应优化目标,完成了基于中心复合设计(CCD)的试验规划,构建了工艺参数试验变量与响应优化目标之间的响应面模型,完成了响应面模型的分析与评价,运用Design-Expert软件优化求解得到了翘曲控制注塑成型工艺优化方案,并通过模拟试验和试模注塑验证了模型的准确性,优化后的工艺方案有效的降低了产品翘曲变形值,提高了产品质量,表明了响应面法在鼠标面盖成型工艺优化应用中的可行性和有效性。
The method of combining response surface method (RSM) and injection molding finite element simulation analysis technology is adopted to solve the problem of mouse surface warping deformation control injection molding process optimization. Taking melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time and packing pressure as test variables of injection molding process parameters and warpage values as response optimization targets, a test plan based on central composite design (CCD) was completed and experimental parameters of process parameters Response surface model was optimized and the response surface model was analyzed and evaluated in response to the optimized response surface model. Simulation and test-pattern injection molding were used to verify the model The accuracy and the optimized process scheme effectively reduce the warpage value of the product and improve the quality of the product, indicating the feasibility and effectiveness of the response surface method in the optimization application of the molding process of the mouse cover.
