防水防潮是大型地下粮仓的技术难点之一,而闭水试验是地下仓交付业主使用前的必需步骤。通过现场试验研究与理论分析相结合的方法,验证了基于阿基米德原理所采用的抗浮措施过于保守,同时为了防止施工过程中特别是闭水试验期间地下仓上浮,给出了仓体所受实际浮力与理论浮力的线性表达式,并确定了地下仓闭水试验过程中的警戒水位。此研究可为类似工程的抗浮验算与闭水试验提供参考。
Waterproof moisture is one of the technical difficulties of large-scale underground granary, and closed-water test is an essential step before the owner of the underground warehouse is delivered. Through field test and theoretical analysis, it is verified that the anti-flooding measures based on Archimedes’ principle are too conservative, and at the same time, in order to prevent the underground silos from floating during construction, especially during the closed-water test, The linear expressions of the actual buoyancy and the theoretical buoyancy, and the alert water level during the test of underground water closures. This study can provide a reference for the anti-flooding calculation and closed-water test of similar projects.
