本文旨在探讨海外华文教育的运作机制。海外华文学校应由目前华人社团主办的福利、互助和业余性组织转变为实体化、专业化和正规化的国际教育产业,以适应未来世界对华文教育发展的需要。文中就当前海外华文教育中存在的主要弊端,以及与此相关的若干问题,如海外华文教育有无必要和可能产业化,如何实现产业化等,阐述了自己的见解,以期引起有关方面的注意。
This article aims to explore the operating mechanism of overseas Chinese education. Overseas Chinese schools should be transformed by the welfare, mutual assistance and amateur organizations currently sponsored by the Chinese community into substantive, professional and regularized international education so as to meet the needs of the future world for the development of Chinese education. In this paper, the main shortcomings in overseas Chinese education and the related issues such as the necessity and possible industrialization of overseas Chinese education and how to realize industrialization are elaborated in this article, so as to draw the attention of relevant parties .
