目的探讨雌激素在子宫腺肌症 (adenomyosis,AM)发生过程中的作用。方法以免疫组织化学染色方法配对对比观察了AM原位和相应肌间异位子宫内膜、正常增殖期宫内膜和AM异位宫内膜雌二醇表达的情况。结果AM原位宫内膜和其相应肌间异位宫内膜雌二醇的阳性表达率分别为 2 1.7%和 43.5 %。多数病例 (12 / 2 3)原位和异位宫内膜雌二醇表达相同 ;在表达不同的 11例中 ,8例为异位宫内膜呈阳性表达而原位宫内膜呈阴性表达 ,有 3例为原位宫内膜呈阳性表达而异位宫内膜呈阴性表达。异位宫内膜雌二醇的表达略高于原位宫内膜 ,但无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5 )。正常增殖期宫内膜和异位宫内膜雌二醇阳性表达率无明显差异 (31.4% ,40 .0 % )。结论AM时子宫原位及肌间异位宫内膜及正常增殖期宫内膜中雌二醇的表达无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )
Objective To investigate the role of estrogen in the development of adenomyosis (AM). Methods The expression of estradiol in the endometrium of AM and ectopic endometrium and the ectopic endometrium of AM eutopic endometrium were compared by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rates of endometrial and endometrial estradiol in AM in situ were 27.7% and 43.5% respectively. In most cases (12/2 3), the expression of estradiol in eutopic and ectopic endometrium was the same; in 11 cases with different expression, 8 cases were positive for ectopic endometrium and negative for endometrium , 3 cases were positive for endometrial in situ and negative for endometriosis. Ectopic endometrial estradiol expression slightly higher than the original endometrium, but no statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of endometrial and endometrial estradiol in normal proliferative phase (31.4%, 40.0%). Conclusion There was no significant difference in the expression of estradiol in endometrium of uterine and myenteric eutopic endometrium and normal proliferative endometrium at AM (P> 0.05)
