目的评价胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持对术后恢复的影响。方法总结186例胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持治疗的经验。结果胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人共186例,其中营养支持治疗102例胃癌、小肠恶性肿瘤23例、61例大肠癌病人,术后切口均I～II期愈合,无吻合口瘘发生和其他严重并发症发生。结论胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持有助于病人术后的恢复,减少手术中、手术后并发症的发生。
Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative nutritional support on postoperative recovery in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods The experience of perioperative nutritional support for 186 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor was summarized. Results A total of 186 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were included in this study. Among them, 102 cases of gastric cancer, 23 cases of small intestine malignant tumor and 61 cases of colorectal cancer were treated with nutritional support. All wounds were healed from I to II with no anastomotic fistula and other serious complications Disease occurs. Conclusion Perioperative nutritional support for patients with gastrointestinal malignancies contributes to postoperative recovery and reduces postoperative and postoperative complications.
