在我国现代文坛,一些著名作家除了创作文学作品之外,还有许多当过报刊编辑,在编辑副刊的同时,也把他们对文学的研究,对报刊的办刊理念都融入到编辑思想里,不仅扶植了一批有名望的作家,也使自己编辑的报刊有特色,对后人编辑报刊都有指导作用。特别是我国一些少数民族作家的编辑思想,在现代的报刊编辑中还可以借鉴。在这里就苗族作家沈从文和蒙古族作家萧乾的编辑思想做个简单探讨。
