本文观察35例(35眼)斜视手术前后角膜形态的化变。年龄3～25岁(平均8.4岁),其中内直肌前徙和外直肌后徙术22例,内直肌后徙及外直肌前徙8例,内直肌后徙术4例,上直肌后徙及内直肌部分切断1例。角膜散光应用自动角膜散光计(ARK-2000)测定,斜视手术前、手术第2天。手术后第1周、2周及2个月皆进行测定。每眼测定3次求其平均值。结果表明:①角膜散光的变化;与手术前相比,
This article observed 35 cases (35 eyes) strabismus corneal morphological changes before and after surgery. The age ranged from 3 to 25 years old (average 8.4 years). Among them, 22 cases were anterior rectus and rectus posterior rectus, 8 cases were rectus and rectus anterior rectus, 4 cases were rectus internal rectus, Upper rectus muscle and rectus muscle part of the cut off in 1 case. Corneal astigmatism using automatic keratometer (ARK-2000) determination, strabismus surgery before surgery the first two days. The first week, two weeks and two months after surgery were measured.
