用压力灌浆法修补砖墙或水泥结构的裂缝。是一项行之有效的维修工艺。它的操作技术易于掌握,修补后粘结牢固,能使原有结构恢复原来的强度,耐久性能好,用工少,用料省,施工费用低。在国内外已有很多工程中得到了应用,我区曾在十三经路等工地应用过。应用压力灌浆修补裂缝,首先应对引起砖墙或水泥结构开裂的原因,调查分析清楚,并采取有效措施,根除产生裂缝的原因后,再进行压力灌浆的施工。否则裂缝会继续开展,影响结构的安全。压力灌浆的操作步骤如下:
