目的探讨白细胞介素-33在急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附法检测100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者(试验组)和30例健康志愿者(对照组)的血清中白细胞介素-33、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-1β的表达,并进行相关性分析。结果与对照组相比,试验组血清中的白细胞介素-33、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白和白细胞介素-1β的表达明显升高(P<0.05)。白细胞介素-33与肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-1β的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论早期检测白细胞介素-33对于判断急性缺血性脑卒中患者的疾病状况可能具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-33 in serum of patients with acute ischemic stroke and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of interleukin-33, tumor necrosis factor-α and C-reactive protein in serum of 100 acute ischemic stroke patients (experimental group) and 30 healthy volunteers (control group) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Interleukin-1β expression and correlation analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of IL-33, TNF-α, C-reactive protein and interleukin-1β were significantly increased in the experimental group (P <0.05). Interleukin-33 was positively correlated with tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β (P <0.05). Conclusion Early detection of interleukin-33 may be of clinical significance in judging the disease status of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
