质量超前控制方法在机械制造业的应用是提高加工质量的途径。本文根据制造行业的特点,提出了基于灰色系统的制造过程质量的预测模型及说明如何在加工中成功应用此方法。
The application of advanced quality control method in machinery manufacturing is a way to improve the quality of processing. Based on the characteristics of manufacturing industry, this paper presents a forecasting model of manufacturing process quality based on gray system and shows how to apply this method successfully in processing.
