目的探讨泉州湾海水及沉积物中邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalate esters,PAEs)的含量分布、化学组成及环境意义。方法于2009年3月采集泉州湾表层海水(n=12)和沉积物(n=20)样品,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对13种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)进行定性、定量分析。结果泉州湾表层海水中13种邻苯二甲酸酯的总含量(∑PAEs)在18.77~191.51 ng/L之间,平均值为82.28 ng/L,邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DiBP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)为主要成分,占∑PAEs含量的71.15%;表层沉积物中∑PAEs在171.50~1 435.61μg/kg之间,平均值为467.38μg/kg,DEHP、DiBP和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DnBP)为主要成分,占∑PAEs含量的99.02%。∑PAEs含量在湾内呈南岸高于北岸、内湾大于外湾、随与岸距离增加而降低的趋势。主成分分析结果表明,PAEs的来源和理化性质可能是控制泉州湾沉积相中PAEs的主要因素。结论泉州湾海水及沉积物中含一定量的PAEs,与其他地区比较,表层海水的PAEs含量较低,而沉积物中PAEs含量处于中等偏低水平。
Objective To investigate the content distribution, chemical composition and environmental significance of phthalates esters (PAEs) in seawater and sediment of Quanzhou Bay. Methods Samples of surface seawater (n = 12) and sediment (n = 20) from Quanzhou Bay were collected in March 2009 and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) ) For qualitative, quantitative analysis. Results The total contents of 13 phthalates in surface waters of Quanzhou Bay (ΣPAEs) ranged from 18.77 to 191.51 ng / L, with an average of 82.28 ng / L. DiBP, , Diethyl phthalate (DEP) and di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) as the main components accounted for 71.15% of the ΣPAEs content; ΣPAEs in the surface sediments of 171.50 ~ 1 435.61μg / kg with an average value of 467.38μg / kg. DEHP, DiBP and DnBP were the main components accounting for 99.02% of ΣPAEs. The content of ΣPAEs in the bay was higher on the south bank than on the north shore, and on the inner bay was larger than that on the outer bay, decreasing with increasing distance from shore. Principal component analysis showed that the source and physicochemical properties of PAEs may be the main factors controlling the PAEs in the sedimentary facies of Quanzhou Bay. CONCLUSIONS The Quanzhou Bay contains a certain amount of PAEs in seawater and sediment. Compared with other areas, PAEs in the surface seawater are lower while PAEs in the sediments are at a moderately low level.
