依法治国是我国治国理政的基本方略,基层领导干部是站在法治实践前言的特殊群体,提升基层领导干部法治思维对推进我国法治化进程有着基础性的作用。本文从基层领导干部法治思维的现状、必要性进行分析,并针对现实情况提出了路径选择的几点意见和建议。
Governing the Country by Law is the Basic Strategy of Managing State Affairs in Our Country. The leading cadres at the grassroots level are special groups standing in the forefront of the practice of the rule of law. Improving the thinking of the law by the grassroots leading cadres plays a fundamental role in promoting the process of rule of law in our country. This article analyzes the status quo and necessity of law-based thinking of leading cadres at the grassroots level and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the path selection according to the actual situation.
