刘怀勤,榆林市第一医院口腔诊疗中心主任、主任医师。1986年毕业于西安交通大学口腔系口腔医学专业(原西安医科大学),获得学士学位。毕业后到现在一直从事口腔医学工作,目前,为榆林市口腔医学领域医、教、研学科带头人。由他牵头的《复杂面中部骨折临床治疗应用研究》和《正颌外科技术在颌面部陈旧性骨折治疗中的应用研究》、《数字化技术与钛合金相结合在下颌骨缺损个体化修复中的应用》、《人工种植牙在牙列缺损或缺失修复中的应用研究》项目分别获得全市科学技术一、三等奖,有4项获得科技成果奖;获得省级科技进步二等奖一项,
