所谓跳模,一般就是往胎模中放一些木屑,在高温高压下化为一种气体(CO_2),使锻件在压缩气体的作用下,自动跳出胎模。这种方法的优点是:1.锻件光滑;2.减轻劳动强度;3.提高生产速度。但采用木屑也有一些缺点:1.木屑(锯末)的附着力小,往往堆积在胎模底部,有时不能使锻件跳出来。2.木屑燃点低,在高温锻件还没有在胎模中放置妥当时,有一部分已经燃尽了,减少了使锻件向上跳的能力。3.采用木屑不能保证金属很好地充满胎型。4.这种方法只适合大锤锻小件的场合。5.锤击力过大时,跳出的速度很高,往往会发生人身事
