针对社会工作专业的实践性和应用型的特点,本文结合天津市社会工作需求现状,以天津广播电视大学为例,阐述了该校通过校企合作模式,以注重实践能力培养为着力点,发挥网络教学优势,进行了社会工作专业人才培养的实践探索,分析了校企合作培养社会工作专业人才过程中存在的问题,提出了有针对性的思考和建议,为校企合作办学新模式积累了经验,也为推动该校开放教育教学模式的拓展提供了的一种行之有效的方法。
