On December 28, 1999, the Ministry of Agriculture, the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and the State Bureau of Machinery Industry issued certificates for the first batch of 15 products of seven companies that had obtained the quality certification or safety certification for agricultural machinery products. The enterprises and products that have obtained the quality certification this time are: R180 and ZS1110G diesel engines produced by Jiangsu Changfa Power Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Wuling Diesel Engine Co., Ltd.
