采用反相高效液相色谱法测定命宝口服液中淫羊霍甙的含量，样品处理以低温冷冻离心后再以氯仿除去杂质、正丁醇萃取为关键，在C18柱上用甲醇-水溶液（60：40）为流动相，在254nm波长处测定。方法简便，其它组分对测定无干扰，重现性好，平均回收率95．6％，RSD为1．95％。样品中淫羊藿甙的平均含量为0．537mg／mL。
The RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content of Epimedium oxyphylla in Gumbo Oral Solution. Sample processing was performed by cryogenic refrigerated centrifugation followed by chloroform to remove impurities, n-butanol extraction was the key, and a methanol-water solution was used on the C18 column ( 60:40) is the mobile phase, measured at a wavelength of 254 nm. The method is simple, other components have no interference to the measurement, and the reproducibility is good. The average recovery rate is 95.6% and the RSD is 1.95%. The average content of epimedium in the sample was 0.537 mg/mL.
