本文总结巯甲丙脯酸治疗老年性顽固性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效,80%病人心功能改善1～2级,可使PEP/LVET之比减小,因而可以证明药物能改善泵功能。

This article summarizes the clinical efficacy of captopril in the treatment of senile refractory congestive heart failure, and improves heart function in 1 to 2 of 80% of patients, resulting in a reduction in the PEP / LVET ratio, thus demonstrating that the drug can improve pump function.
