目前,本市街道企业正面临生产任务不足,资金短缺和市场竞争的挑战。怎样改变这种局面,摆脱困境。最近,我们带着这个问题走访了本市虹口区新港半导体器件厂,他们的经验,也许对其它街道工业企业可有所借鉴。新港厂在历史上,是一个专门生产半导体零件的集体工业企业,现有职工560人。这个厂在1981年的利润额曾达到500万元,是企业的黄金时期。可是由于不注重市场信息和新产品开发,再加以管理上没有新办法,职工积极性调动不了,结果利润直线下降,到1984年,利润只有9万元,濒临亏损边缘。严峻的现实,使企业领导清醒地认识到,要使企业能保持生产持续、稳定地发展,必须改善经营
At present, the city’s sub-district enterprises are facing the challenges of lack of production tasks, shortage of funds and market competition. How to change this situation and get rid of the predicament. Recently, we took this issue to visit the Hongkong Semiconductor Equipment Factory in Hongkou District. Their experience may be useful for other street industrial enterprises. In history, the Xingang plant is a collective industrial enterprise that specializes in the production of semiconductor components. It has 560 employees. This factory had a profit of 5 million yuan in 1981, which is a golden period for the company. However, due to the lack of attention to market information and new product development, there was no new approach to management, and the enthusiasm of employees could not be mobilized. As a result, profits plummeted. By 1984, the profit was only 90,000 yuan, which was on the verge of losses. The grim reality has made business leaders clearly aware that if companies can maintain sustained and stable production, they must improve their operations.
