From December 1 to December 1, 1992, the forum for principals of party schools in six provinces in Central South China and some coastal provinces was held in Party School of Hainan Provincial Party Committee. The participating comrades held heated discussions around the challenges and crises facing Party school education in the new situation. We enumerated several common problems that are common to local party schools at present: (1) The content of teaching is incompatible with the new situation of reform and opening up. Although the Party schools in all localities have changed their five-teaching to thematic teaching, this is only an expedient measure and can not be said from now on
