硬面技术(热喷涂、堆焊、喷焊等)是近年新兴的一种综合性应用技术,能显著提高部件的耐磨、耐热、耐腐蚀等性能,延长部件的使用寿命、降低能耗。本文研究了热喷涂、堆焊、喷焊和熔渗用钨基硬面材料和应用技术的现状及发展趋势。研究结果表明:钨基硬面材料硬度高、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性优异已成为应用最为广泛的硬面材料,未来市场前景广阔;随着硬面应用技术的发展和部件表面性能要求的提升,细颗粒/纳米晶复合钨基热喷涂材料、钨基药芯焊丝、高细晶含量铸造碳化钨等将成为钨基硬面材料的发展趋势。
Hard surface technology (thermal spraying, surfacing, spray welding, etc.) is a newly developed comprehensive application technology in recent years, which can significantly improve the wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance of components, extend the service life of components and reduce energy consumption . The results show that: tungsten-based hardface materials with high hardness, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance has become the most widely used hard-surfaced materials, the future market prospects; with the hard surface application of technology development and parts surface performance requirements increase , Fine grain / nanocomposite tungsten-based thermal spray material, tungsten-based flux cored wire, high-fine-grained cast tungsten carbide will become the trend of tungsten-based hardface materials.
