4:5:7鉀鈉鹽注射液,系含1.%氯化钾4份,m/6乳酸鈉5份,0.8%氯化鈉7份的灭菌水溶液(折合百分濃度为每100ml溶液中含氯化钾0.3g,乳酸钠0.5837g,氯化鈉0.3718g)。本品在我院常用于治疗严重的痢疾及消化不良造成的脫水和酸中毒病症,尤其在夏季用量颇多。为了保証药品质量,我們試用阳离子交换法測定乳酸鈉的含量,测得結果接近于理论值,
