为考察X聚合物对PF(酚醛树脂)在盐溶液中分散稳定性的影响,探讨了PF分散体系在不同介质中的浊度、流体力学直径(D_h)和Zeta电位之变化情况。研究结果表明:在去离子水中,PF分子聚集体的D_h为16.8 nm,表面带负电荷,体系稳定性良好;引入NaCl后,PF分子聚集体的D_h增至100.0 nm,Zeta电位绝对值减小,并发生明显的聚沉现象,体系稳定性下降;同时引入NaCl和X聚合物后,X聚合物分子可与PF分子共同形成复合聚集体,其D_h降至45.0 nm、Zeta电位绝对值增大、聚集体之间的静电斥力增加且体系稳定性增强。
In order to investigate the influence of X polymer on the dispersion stability of PF (phenolic resin) in salt solution, the turbidity, hydrodynamic diameter (D_h) and Zeta potential of PF dispersion in different media were discussed. The results show that the D_h of the aggregates of PF molecules is 16.8 nm and the surface is negatively charged in deionized water, and the stability of the system is good. After introducing NaCl, the D_h of PF molecules increases to 100.0 nm and the absolute value of Zeta potential decreases , And the obvious coagulation phenomenon occurred and the stability of the system decreased. At the same time, the introduction of NaCl and X polymer led to the formation of complex aggregates with PF molecules. The D_h decreased to 45.0 nm and the absolute value of Zeta potential increased , Electrostatic repulsion between aggregates increases and system stability increases.
