目前,严重耳廓外伤日益增多,若延误治疗或治疗不当就会造成化脓性耳廊软骨膜炎而致耳廊严重畸形,影响美容。我科对严重耳廓外伤采取综合治疗收到良好效果,报告如下: 临床资料 我科自1990年～1994年共收住院治疗严重耳廓外伤85例,男76例,女9例。撕裂伤71例,均为耳廓皮肤、软骨％以上全层裂伤,软骨破碎,其中54例伤口不洁,伤面有泥沙、灰尘、柴草等,刀割伤4例,其中2例从耳根部全层断离,仅剩耳垂一小部分连接,挫伤10例,耳廓明显充血、肿胀,有大血肿。
