中国是水产品生产大国,其产量自1990年起连续位居世界第一。然面迄今为止,中国还仍然不是世界水产品贸易大国。相比之下,泰国不是一个生产大国然而其水产品出口量却连续几年位居世界第一。原因何在?作者认为这与他们较为完善的水产品质量管理体制和成功地执行HACCP管理是分不开的。他们的经验,值得我国水产界、特别是各企、事业单位借鉴。
China is a major producer of aquatic products, and its production ranks first in the world since 1990. To date, China is still not the world’s largest trading nation in aquatic products. In contrast, Thailand is not a major producer but its aquatic product exports rank first in the world for several years in a row. What are the reasons? The author believes that this is inseparable from their more complete quality management system for aquatic products and the successful implementation of HACCP management. Their experience is worth learning from the Chinese fisheries industry, especially the enterprises and institutions.
