The idiom, “For workers to do good, we must first sharpen their tools,” is the deepest experience for state-owned farms and tractors for electricians. Electricity is inaccessible, invisible things, to check the electrical is not faulty, often not open to see if you can solve the problem, we must use the instrument to determine. Electrotechnical instrumentation requirements, from trainees to experienced electricians are very urgent, they are particularly envious of colleges and grand test benches. The trainee proposed: When studying, there are very good instruments assigned to the station without the universal electrical test stand. What should we do? Experienced electricians also hope to have a universal test stand and they will be held at the National Agricultural Farmers’ Have reflected this desire on.
