Various means such as projection, slide show, video and other audio-visual teaching and computer multimedia teaching have entered the classroom one after another. However, reading-mapped heuristic teaching is still an effective way to improve geographical capabilities. The heuristic teaching of picture reading is in the course of geography teaching. It raises questions by reading pictures, uses reading pictures to guide questions deeper, and uses maps to solve problems. This teaching model can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students’ learning.
