从1982—1985年共鉴定品种(系)1253份,总结了适合大量材料田间人工接种鉴定和评价方法。结果表明,抗细菌斑点病的抗源材料丰富,高抗材料322份,抗病材料247份,其余为中等以上感病材料。对于田间的人工接种鉴定结果的可靠性易受年度间气候差异的影响,提出设立感病标杆品种和苗期1—2片复叶展开时进行室内人工接种鉴定。植株发病与子叶发病不呈正相关,所以在选择抗源做杂交亲本时,应选择植株与子叶均抗病的材料。
From 1982 to 1985, a total of 1253 cultivars (lines) were identified, and the identification and evaluation methods of artificial inoculation suitable for a large number of materials were summarized. The results showed that anti-bacterial speckle disease-resistant material is rich in anti-bacterial material 322, anti-disease material 247, the rest is medium and above susceptible materials. The reliability of artificial inoculation appraisal results in the field is easily affected by the climatic differences between the years. It is proposed that artificial seeding identification should be carried out when setting up the susceptible standard varieties and 1-2 compound leaves at the seedling stage. The incidence of plant disease and cotyledons incidence is not positively correlated, so in the selection of anti-hybrid parents to do, should choose plants and cotyledons are disease-resistant materials.
