1995年10月24～27日,受电影局委托、由中国电影科研所筹办的全国电影环保工作会议及电影技术国家标准审定会在山东省威海市召开。中国电影科研所所长杨步亭同志到会并致词次迎各地代表。 根据国家技术监督局1993年国家标准制、修订项目计划,由中国电影科学技术研究所张金亭等同志编制的国家标准《电影洗片废水中彩色显影剂的测定1-(4’-苯氧基-3’-磺酸)苯基-3-十七烷基-5-吡唑酮分光光度法和1-羟基-4-磺酸-2-萘酰十八胺分光光度法》(征求意见稿),经征求全国各电影制片厂、洗印厂的意见后、改编为相应的国家标准审定稿。
October 1995 24-27, commissioned by the Motion Picture Bureau, organized by the China Film Research Institute of the National Environmental Protection Film Conference and the censorship of the national film technology in Weihai City, Shandong Province. Comrade Yang Buting, director of the Chinese Film Research Institute, attended the meeting and delivered a speech welcoming representatives from all over the world. According to the State Bureau of Technical Supervision in 1993 the national standard system, the revision of the project plan, by the Chinese Film Science and Technology Institute Zhang Jinting and other comrades prepared by the national standard “Determination of color film washes film developer 1 - (4’-phenoxy- 3’-Sulfonic acid) phenyl-3-heptadecyl-5-pyrazolone spectrophotometry and 1-hydroxy-4-sulfonic acid 2-naphthoicoctadecylamine spectrophotometry ”(Draft for Comment) , After soliciting the opinions of all movie studios and printing and dyeing factories across the country, it is adapted to the corresponding national standard for approval.
