第二部分 质量体系的比较研究 建立、完善质量体系要考虑企业的环境、规模、产品类别等因素。不同的产品类别具有不同的生产特点,其需要控制的特性和因素也不一样。因此,在以下研究比较生产硬件产品、流程性产品、服务产品及软件产品的企业的质量体系(以下分别简称硬件质量体系、流程性材料质量体系、服务质量体系、软件质量体系)时,我们根据各类产品特点,主要就质量体系要素进行了比较研究。
Part Two Comparative Study of Quality System The establishment, improvement of quality system must take into account factors such as the company’s environment, scale, and product category. Different product categories have different production characteristics, and the characteristics and factors that need to be controlled are also different. Therefore, in the following study, we will compare the quality systems of enterprises that manufacture hardware products, process products, service products, and software products (hereinafter referred to as hardware quality system, process material quality system, service quality system, and software quality system respectively). The characteristics of various products are mainly compared with the quality system elements.
