因材施教是传统的教学原则,在新课改的背景下,这一古老的教学原则仍然值得重视。在小学语文教学中合理运用这一原则,教师首先必须在教育思想、教学理念上与时俱进;其次需要教师结合学科特征与教材特点,科学设定教学目标,合理运用教学手段与方法,第三需要教师针对班级学生的个体特点,有的放矢,合理设定分层教学目标,灵活运用差异化的教学策略,实现教与学的完全对接。通过这些教学方法与教学策略的运用,实现教学目标与学生个体特点的有效对接,实现教学目标的完全达成,教学任务的圆满完成。
