目的:分析德国迪尔Vector系统在牙周基础治疗的效果观察,并与美国豪孚迪Gracey刮治器进行比较。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月珠海市口腔医院200例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组115例采用德国迪尔Vector系统行龈下刮治及根面平整术(SRP);对照组85例采用美国豪孚迪Gracey刮治器行SRP。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后10周临床效果的差异,观察指标有:探查出血(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、视觉模拟疼痛评级法(VAS)评定疼痛程度及操作时间。结果:观察组治疗时间(25.22±0.78)min,对照组治疗时间(41.52±0.96)min,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后10周治疗前各项指标改善明显,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:德国迪尔Vector系统进行牙周基础治疗效果显著。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of the German Deere Vector system on periodontal treatment and to compare with the American Gracey scraper. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, 200 patients with chronic periodontitis in Zhuhai Stomatological Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the observation group, 115 cases were treated with German Deere Vector system for subgingival scaling and root planing (SRP); in the control group, 85 cases were treated with SRH by American Hyperthy Gracey scraping device. The differences of clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after 10 weeks of treatment were observed. The indexes included SBI, GI, PD, VAS pain assessment Degree and operating time. Results: The treatment time in the observation group was (25.22 ± 0.78) min and in the control group (41.52 ± 0.96) min, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) The index improved significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: German Deere Vector system for periodontal basic treatment has a significant effect.
