通过检测活塞产品的金相组织、力学性能及台架试验指标,表明长效复合变质剂对ZL108和ZL109活塞合金变质效果优良、具有长效变质、无烟雾粉尘,改善劳动条件,降低生产成本等效果。
By testing the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of the piston products and the bench test indicators, it shows that the long-acting composite modifier has good metamorphic effect on ZL108 and ZL109 piston alloys, with long-lasting metamorphism, smokeless dust, improved working conditions and lower production costs effect.
