对-硝基甲苯磺酸是有机化工的重要中间体,一般需分离后进行紫外分光光度法来监测它的浓度。目前对-硝基甲苯磺酸离子选择性电极尚未见有报导。本文采用对-硝基甲苯磺酸的四-(十二烷基)铵离子对缔合物为电极活性物质,研制了PVC膜对-硝基甲苯磺酸离子选择性电极(简称NTS电极)。它的线性响应范围1×10~(-2)~7×10~(-6)M,斜率-59.5mV。NTS电极的pH适用范围为6~13,测量电位的标准偏差在1mV以内。电极对F~-、Cl~-、SO_4~(2-)、HCO_3~-、CH_3COO~-、—COO~-等常见阴离子的选择性系数小于10~(-3),内阻为80KΩ。此电极可用于直接电位法测定工业品中对-硝基甲苯磺酸的浓度。
Para-nitrotoluenesulfonic acid is an important intermediate in organic chemistry. Generally, UV spectrophotometry is used to monitor its concentration after separation. At present, p-nitrotoluene ion selective electrode has not been reported. In this paper, p-nitrotoluenesulfonic acid ion selective electrode (NTS electrode) was developed by using p-nitrotoluenesulfonic acid tetrakis (dodecyl) ammonium ion pair complex as electrode active material. It has a linear response range of 1 × 10 -2 to 7 × 10 -6 M with a slope of -59.5 mV. NTS electrode pH range of 6 to 13, the standard deviation of the measured potential within 1mV. The selectivity coefficients of the common anions to F ~ -, Cl ~ -, SO_4 ~ (2 -), HCO_3 ~ -, CH_3COO ~ -, and COO ~ - are less than 10 ~ (-3) and the internal resistance is 80KΩ. This electrode can be used for the direct potentiometric determination of p-nitrotoluenesulfonic acid in industrial products.
