一、创制动机和目的整风运动以来,我们伟大的党和毛主席提出要大胆创造、革新技术,“外国有的我国应该有,外国没有的我国也应该有”。根据这样的精神,我们大胆地创制了这台机器,目的在于改进药房工作,提高劳动效率,使药房工作向机械化、自动化方向发展,以迅速赶上今天医疗事业飞跃发展的要求;同时为了消灭人工分包的差误,提高药品供应质量,以保障人民身体的健康。
