本文论述了滚齿机分度传动链误差的理论计算和动态测试,分析了传动误差的主要来源,并针对其误差的不同特点,提出了相适应的校正方法。本文的误差计算方法可推广应用于类似的传动系统误差分析。
This paper discusses the theoretical calculation and dynamic test of the error of gear transmission chain of gear hobbing machine, analyzes the main source of transmission error, and proposes the corresponding correction method according to the different characteristics of the error. The error calculation method in this paper can be extended to similar drive system error analysis.
