患者男性,33岁,既往健康。接触丙烯酰胺5年。入院前半年来,自觉全身无力、嗜睡、记忆力减退、时有头晕、心悸。手足多汗、发凉、麻木感、手颤持物困难、走路不稳而就医。体检:T.P.R、Bp均在正常范围,一般及胸肤检查无阳性所见。手掌发红、多汗脱皮。神经系统检查:精神及颅神经检查正常,双手震颤(++),四肢末端痛温觉、触觉呈手套、袜状减退,双手大、小鱼际轻度萎缩,双上肢远端肌力Ⅴ级、近端肌力Ⅴ级、双下肢肌力正常,四
