他是我国著名的科学家、科普作家、教育家,中国科普事业的先驱和奠基人。在身体瘫痪的情况下,他克服了巨大的病痛和常人难以想象的困难,写下数百万字的科普作品,给我们留下了宝贵的精神财富。他就是高士其,天空中有一颗星以他为名。因为引导了一代又一代青少年走上科学道路,他还被亲切地称为“高士其爷爷”。2015年11月1日,是高士其诞辰110周年纪念日,在2015年江苏省全国科普日活动期间,高士其诞辰110周年科普展作为一项重要活动向公众开放。
He is a famous scientist, science writer, educator, pioneer and founder of China’s science popularization. In the case of paralysis, he overcame the great pain and difficulties unimaginable by ordinary people. Writing millions of words of popular science works left us with precious spiritual wealth. He is a high-commissioned person, and there is a star in the sky in his name. As a guide to generations of adolescents who embarked on the path of science, he was affectionately called “Coats Grandpa.” On November 1, 2015, which marks the 110th anniversary of Coats ’birthday, during the National Science Popularization Day in Jiangsu Province in 2015, the science popularization exhibition of the 110th anniversary of Coats’ birthday was opened to the public as an important event.
