江泽民总书记在十五大报告中明确指出:“非公有制经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,对个体、私营等非公有制经济要继续鼓励、引导,使之健康发展。”昆明市商业银行及原城市信用社的产生和发展正是顺应了这个历史潮流,贯彻落实邓小平理论及江总书记的十五大报告精神的结果。改革开放以来,一直以支持省、市“两小企业”为主导,较大地促进了非公有制经济的发展和壮大。而且,到目前为止,昆明的许多较大的非公有制企业基本上都是由我行原城市信用社从小到大扶持培养起来的,现在我行仍有大量贷款支持其进一步发展。为了进一步深刻
