先进性是马克思主义政党的根本特征,加强党的先进性建设,始终保持党的先进性,关系马克思主义政党的生存发展,是马克思主义政党自身建设的根本任务。结合对党的基本理论的学习与工作实践的思考,我认为作为在国有企业从事管理工作的党的领导干部,要不断增强执政兴国的发展意识、居安思危的忧患意识、与时俱进的创新意识和科学执政、民主执政、依法执政意识,把先进性教育活动的成效体现在提高执政本领、巩固执政基础、提高执行力、推动企业发展上来。
